If you decide to purchase any services from contractors connected through our platform, you acknowledge that all transactions are between you and the respective contractor. usaremodelingpro LLC is not a party to these transactions and shall not be liable for any disputes arising from such transactions.

5. Contractor Vetting Disclaimer
usaremodelingpro LLC does not verify, vet, or guarantee the qualifications, licensing, insurance, or quality of work of any contractors listed or contacted through our platform. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging with any contractor.

6. Platform Content
All content provided on the usaremodelingpro LLC platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of usaremodelingpro LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit the content for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

7. Disputes & Class Action Waiver
